Appetite for Art is one of the many awesome fundraising events that the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wake County hosts annually, and we’ve been happy to provide coverage for it since 2013! Hosting this event at CAM Raleigh (Contemporary Art Museum) is a perfect fit - the event displays the photography, paintings, and drawings produced by the Boys & Girls Club kids themselves, as well as auctionable items by local artists, and creative appetizers, desserts and concoctions by local eateries. “Art and food together are the heart and soul of a city,” said Taylor Meadows, co-chair for Appetite for Art. “We want to give back, and recognize the abundant talent among us.”
