NCSU CVM Scholarship Dinner
Each year the NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine Foundation Office hosts the annual CVM Scholarship & Recognition Dinner to bring together students and their scholarship donors for a night of reflection and fellowship. It’s a rewarding event that we have enjoyed covering since 2014. This year a special presentation of an honorary veterinarian white coat was given to the parents of Charlotte Helen Bacon who tragically died at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012. The NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine established a scholarship in honor of Charlotte and her dream to become a veterinarian.
