Kali and John

Kali and John married at one of Raleigh’s finest, the Umstead Hotel and Spa. The hotel is nestled along the border to Umstead State Park, a well-maintained piece of North Carolina wilderness surrounded by major North Carolina landmarks such as SAS Institute, RDU International Airport, and the NC Museum of Art. They said their personal vows overlooking a three-acre lake witnessed by their supportive family and friends.

Kali and John have a rare combination of type-A self-discipline combined with a big-hearted, playful optimism that you’d expect from a young power couple. They are as comfortable playing carnival games at the State Fair, as they are dressed for a lounge bar sipping cocktails.
