Overflowing Hands, Inc had another successful event at the The Pavilion at Angus Barn in Raleigh. Casino Royale is their annual fundraising event where they bring together supporters from all over the state to aid in their ongoing outreach initiatives and programs that benefit underprivileged and distressed children living in Belarus and Nicaragua.
